Today I was over-eager to check my mail. I just knew my Violet VoxBox  from Influenster was going to arrive. And it did! Packed full of some awesome goodies!

I am so excited to take the time to go through this box and try out everything. I wasn't sure how I would feel about this box but now I am really excited!

So, I have been MIA for a few months now. And I have missed my blog so much. 

Unfortunately a lot has happened since my last post. I have moved... twice. Started a new job; and adopted a puppy. Whew. 

As far as all things blogging go, I am no longer associated with BzzAgent. Long story.

I am however still a member of Swaggable as well as Influenster and am currently waiting to receive the Violet VoxBox so there are quite a few posts that will be in the making!!

The first thing I noticed about these nails were how small they looked. I knew already that they were not going to fit me. I decided to have my mother try them for me because her nails are a lot smaller and they didn't even fit her. I was about to give up hope on these and then decided on my nine year old sister in law. 

They fit her perfectly and looked great. However that was short lived. By the next day, the nails had already come off. 

I was not impressed and wish they were better. I personally don't recommend them.

I received the Hershey S'mores Kandy Bar Kake in my box. I knew right away we were going to like each other. I am a sucker for all things delicious. 

These little cakes are packed with big flavor. They have a crumbly texture on the inside and goes really well with its cream filling. I am already in love with them and definitely interested in trying the other flavors. 

They do not have a strong sweetness to them which is very good because it's not over powering and you can really enjoy your snack.

I do recommend these to anyone with a sweet tooth.

I will admit, initially, I was scared. I had no idea what this product was that I just got, and absolutely did not want to put it in my hair. 

So, of course, I did what I normally do. I went to my husband and being the wonderful man he is, let his crazy wife test this mystery hair product out on him.

I used just a little, and it did almost nothing... A little more and bam, his hair was wanting to morph into this silly faux hawk all on its own. Okay, sure, I maybe played with it a little...

Now it was time for myself. I will admit, I don't know what I am doing when it comes to hair. Not a clue. 

After applying some of this powder in generous areas, my hair took on this whole new form. My roots were no longer flat and lifeless, and I was pretty amazed. 

I am sure that someone who is familiar with these types of powder would get more benefit from this, and know more about what it should be doing. 

As for someone clueless like me, I say 'try it'. I am glad I did. Hair shouldn't be scary to style. 

Overall, this is a good product to try out, I would recommend anyone to test it out for themselves.

Green Giant™ Veggie Snack Chips (via BzzAgent)

Thanks to BzzAgent I got to try the awesome new Veggie Snack Chips from Green Giant!

They are made with real vegetables and are more healthy than regular chips.

The first flavor that I tried was the Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips with Sea Salt. 

These chips are made with real sweet potatoes and have a sweet taste with a kick of the saltiness. I like them because of that sweetness but they are lacking in real flavor. 

The second flavor is Roasted Veggie Tortilla Chips with Zesty Cheddar.

All I can say is amazing. They are made with made with real vegetables like carrots, broccoli, and tomatoes. They have this sneaky way of having that junk food taste while being healthy for you. I am impressed and will definitely purchase these on a regular basis.

I would recommend Green Giant Veggie Snack Chips to anyone who loves their snacking and wants to snack a little healthier.

Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector Oil-Free BB Cream (via BzzAgent)

Garnier BB Cream. This to me sounded like the most amazing product I could get my hands on. 

Well, I was wrong. And very disappointed.

This cream is said to help control shine, minimize your pores, even skin tone, hydrate and help protect with SPF 20. Well, I thought great, lets try it.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the bottle was the really strong smell of rubbing alcohol. That should have been a red flag not to put it anywhere near my face but I just had to continue. After it was applied, I wasn't left with the amazing, gorgeous skin the box practically promised. All I had was what resembled an orange, cakey looking mask. After 10 minuets, the fun started. Oil control? Yeah, a little too much. My face began having that really dry, itching, irritated feeling that just will not go away. It almost made taking the BB cream off a chore of its own. 

All make up is trial and error for most people because everyone reacts different. I have slightly sensitive skin and now I know that this product is definitely not for me and I would not recommend it.

Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil (Via BzzAgent)

Thanks to BzzAgent I got the chance to try out Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil.

The kit that I received included an official BzzGuide as well as a 5oz bottle of the Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil itself. 

The Miracle Dry Oil has some amazing qualities and is multipurpose. It can be used on your hair, skin and even face. It is loaded with Vitamin E, Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, and Shea Oil, giving it a moisture boost. 

So this first place that I tried this oil is my body. I tested it out on my legs and immediately noticed a big difference. It absorbs so fast and leaves your skin nice and smooth, although I have been very hesitant on trying it on my face because I have acne prone skin. 

As for my hair, I was uncertain about just spraying it on, so I sprayed a small amount in my hands and ran them through. This made a difference, and left it feeling soft. I did have a bit of trouble with my hair feeling greasy afterwords. I would recommend it to someone with very dry or damaged hair to try out for themselves. 

All in all, I love this product for my skin and will definitely continue to use it.

Glade Expressions® (via BzzAgent)

Thanks to BzzAgent I got the chance to try and review Glade Expressions® Oil Diffuser and Fragrance Mist in my home.

I took my fiance with me to help decide on which scents we would like to add to our home. There were so many choices, it was hard to choose.

Fiance chose the Lavender & Juniper Berry Oil Diffuser.

As soon as we got home, the first thing I did was  tear into the package. I couldn't wait to see how it smelled. Got it all put together and stuck it on our entertainment center in the bedroom. 

It has completely taken over; but in a good way. The scent is not over powering and it leaves the room smelling amazing.

As for the Fragrance Mist, I chose to go with Cotton & Italian Mandarin. 

This scent is so fresh and clean that it has become my go-to spray product. It takes forever for it to fade and every time I walk in the room it is still there lingering. 

I can without a doubt say that I am so very impressed with these products.

Purifying Toner by Jadience Herbal Formulas (via Swaggable)

This is the first product I have tried from Swaggable.com so I wasn't really sure what to expect. 

The sample packet I received was fairly small, I only got one use out of it.

Overall, the smell to me was amazing. It had a slight scent of Green Tea that was really nice.

My fiance, who was in the room while I was trying it, said it slightly smelled like hair dye to him; so it's a matter of personal opinion. 

After using it, my skin felt refreshed. It had a little tightness to it that faded within a few minutes. 

It is really hard to tell a big difference after only one use, but if I were able to use it on a regular basis, I think it would be noticeable. 

This seems like something I would buy for myself to use all the time, but the one downfall is the price. You get a 4 fl oz bottle for 18.00.(Drugstore.com)

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream

A few days ago, I got a sample in the mail that I had requested. 

It was for Maybelline's Dream Fresh BB Cream.

"The 1-step wonder for a good skin day, everyday."

It kind of caught my attention when I noticed that it was an 8-in-1 "Skin Perfector"

which claims it Blurs imperfections, Brightens, Evens skin tone, Smoothes, Hydrates, Enhances, Protects with SPF 30, all with 0% oils and heavy ingredients.

I don't know about you, but that sounds like a lot for one tube to do, but of course the only way of knowing is to try.

I broke out my little sample packet, about enough for one use and applied. I knew right away that I was in love. Personally, my skin usually doesn't like any type of make up and of course I use it anyway, but this felt good going on and didn't look powdery or cakey like others sometimes do. 

Overall, I think it is perfect for me, and I am glad I tried it because it is definitely on my shopping list now.
